Before you apply, please read the following:
During the application process, we screen all applicants to make sure their income and assets meet the requirements for our services. Please have any legal documents ready when you apply.
Plan to spend about 20 minutes on the application. You can't save your application. Once you begin, you must submit it within 3 hours, or you will have to start over from the beginning.
You can exit the application immediately at any time with the red EXIT button. Your application will not be saved and you can start over any time. After you have completed the online forms, one of our online intake specialists will contact you to finish the application process, usually within 24 hours.
